Ballast Point Aloha Sculpin

With Aloha Sculpin, we used Brux Trois yeast to turn our award-winning IPA into a tropical oasis, with bright and refreshing notes of mango, pineapple, and guava. This yeast also adds a slight haze to the beer, creating a smooth mouthfeel to round out its juicy character. Simply put, this is paradise in the palm of your hands. 7% ABV 70 IBU

Old Bakery Hibiscut Tart

Hibiscus is tart, tangy & bright pink. So is this beer! In addition to Hibiscus flowers, we added a touch of Lemon Peel to brighten & accentuate the natural acidity of Hibiscus. 4.7% ABV 15 IBU

Logboat Snapper IPA

This easy drinking IPA is loaded up with four varieties of American grown hops. Fruity flavors of pear and peach play off of resinous, piney notes. Crystal malt complements the bitterness for a well-balanced IPA. 7.2% ABV 68 IBU

Logboat Bobber Lager

Bobber is an unfiltered Lager brewed with inspiration from the pale German lagers. Noble Hops provide little bitterness and lend to the crisp finish with a hint of floral notes. Best of luck with the bass fishin'. 5% ABV 15 IBU

Missouri Beer Company Eastern MO IPA

Our version of the New England style IPA. Three malts and flaked oats brewed to session strength make it’s smooth mouthfeel. Copious amounts of jucy Citra hops in the whirlpool and dry hop make it hoppy but not bitter. 5.5%ABV 37 IBU

$5.00 16 oz.

Missouri Beer Company Kolsch

A clean, crisp, German Ale. Delicately balanced and refreshing. 4.5% ABV 19 IBU

Urban Chestnut Stammtisch

Stammtisch is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis – more directly translating to ‘table for regulars’. Our Stammtisch was brewed to celebrate this idea of community and socializing.  It’s a traditional German pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, and we think it’s the perfect accompaniment to any friendly gathering. ABV: 5.4% IBU: 35

$5.00 16 oz.

Urban Chestnut Big Shark Radler

Radlers can be confusing. In German, Radler means: Cyclist AND it also means: Bier-mixed-with-Soda. So of course when UCBC went about canning our first Radler, we got things a little mixed-up with our friends at Big Shark Bicycle Co., and found ourselves "cranking out" a Radler/Radler mash-up, i.e... Big Shark Lemon Radler. Which naturally turned out to be a refreshing Lemon-flavored Bier - the ideal libation for that post - (or non-) cycling occasion. Prost! 4.2% ABV 10 IBU

$5.00 16 oz.

Modern Brewery Citrapolis

The epitome of beer fusion.  This “Super” Citra hopped IPA borrows characteristics from other American Craft Beer styles including, APA (drinkability) and Double IPA (aroma).  We blend Pale, Munich, and Wheat malts to give a bright golden color, and utilize a hard working American yeast strain to fully express the exploding citrus characteristics of the Citra hop variety.  Expect lots of citrus zest and pineapple on the nose, and more of the same in the flavor. 6.8% ABV 70 IBU

$5.00 16 oz.

Modern Brewery Heeler

Right after Modern Brewery opened, Farmer Bill (who picks up our spent grain), brought a litter of Australian Cattle Dog (aka Heeler) puppies for us to see.  Both Beamer and Ronnie couldn’t resist the temptation of their cuteness, and ended up adopting a brother and sister named Hank and Citra. We had to make a beer in their honor.

The Heeler is an American Pale Ale made for drinking with your best 4-legged friend.  It lends big flavor and a nose full of pine and citrus.  Oats are added in the mash tun, and are the key to providing a mouthfeel with silky smooth texture for this balanced but hop forward beer. 6.5% ABV 55 IBU

$5.00 16 oz.

Modern Brewery Odinson

The name Odinson is traced back to Asgaard (Norse Mythology).  Quite literally, it is the surname of Thor  (Thor, son of Odin).  Much like its very close relative Citrapolis, Odinson is an uncharacteristically drinkable, “Super” IPA.  Flavors and aromas include that of crisp peach and papaya, with hints of other bright tropical citrus fruits.  While both dry and crisp, the juicy characteristics of the Mosaic hop variety leave the mouth watering for more. 6.6% ABV 70 IBU

$5.00 16 oz.

Six Mile Bridge Irish Red

This smooth, medium-bodied ale is our tribute to the emerald isle. We brew this deep ruby red ale with tons of honey to create layers of caramel and toffee notes as it smooths out the bitterness on the finish. 5.5% ABV 20 IBU

$5.00 16 oz.

Civil Life American Brown

Long enough ago, all beer would’ve been brownish because of the difficulty of cooking the malted grain without darkening it. Same was true in America until the fancy-pants German immigrant brewers started brewing pale lagers which eventually took over. Thankfully, American homebrewers and a few bold craft brewers like us have revived American Brown Ale for your pleasure. Malty, caramelly, tart and toasty, earthy and citrusy, with delicious hints of bitter chocolate and dark roasted coffee. Y’know that story about the hypocrite who tattled to President Abraham Lincoln about General Grant’s drinking? Ol’ Abe answered, “Well, find out what he’s drinking so I can send a barrel to every general in the army.” We’re pretty sure Grant was drinking The Civil Life American Brown. ABV: 4.8% IBU: 40

$5.00 16 oz.

Civil Life Pale Ale

The newest Civil Life core beer marries English malt and American hops. Light amber in color, Pale Ale has bready malt character, notes of peppery spice and citrus, and a pleasantly clean, sharp finish. ABV: 4.2% IBU: 45

$5.00 16 oz.

Civil Life Rye Pale Ale

This isn't a little Pale Ale and it isn't the biggest of Pale Ales but it's our Pale Ale and it's big but grounded by a strong malt backbone. Familiar pale ale traits plus rich graininess, subtle spice and crisp mouthfeel from the rye, lots of caramel, black pepper, pine cones, and grapefruit zest with a well-rounded bittersweet finish. Pick it up and run with it, act like you stole it... as long as you paid for it we don't care.  ABV: 4.5% IBU: 66

$5.00 16 oz.

O'Fallon STL Red

Celebrate our heritage with a new O’Fallon beer we created to honor our hometown passions.  STL Red balances the sweet roasted nut flavors from the barley malt with the soft spicy and floral notes from the hops.  It’s an easy-drinking red amber ale that gives you great game-day refreshment!

ABV: 5.6%     IBU: 18

$5.00 16 oz.

O'Fallon Sour Grapes

Sour Grapes Slightly Tart Beer is a wheat ale which is “kettle soured.” We add a blend of red wine grape juice to secondary fermentation to create a beautiful red grape hue along with a touch of flavor and tannin. You’ll find it light, refreshing and meant to quench the parched palate with a slight puckering finish…just tart enough! ABV: 4.1% IBU: 5
